As a restaurant you can sell any kind of food and beverages that are surplus, for instance portions from your lunch surplus (e.g. meatballs and mashed potatoes) or ingredients from restaurant kitchen (e.g. salmon file). What you cannot sell is alcohol, non-edible items or non-surplus food (i.e. made to order).Learn more

ResQ food can be stored and given to customers either hot or cold. Storing food is mostly up to you, as long as you follow food safety guidelines.Read guidelines
We pay your earnings to you every month, if you have sold something. We deduct a 25% sales commission. Otherwise the service is completely free. Also you can use ResQ as much or as little as you like.
