What can I sell in ResQ?
As a café you can sell any kind of food and beverages that are surplus, for instance bakery products (e.g. sandwich, cakes, coffee etc) or salads and lunch items. What you cannot sell is alcohol, non-edible items or non-surplus food (i.e. made to order).
How do I price my food?
-50% a good rule of thumb. Your reference point for pricing shouldn’t be your original prices, since ResQ customers don’t buy the whole cafe experience. Instead, price competitively compared to the bakery sections of markets etc. Here’s some examples: large ciabatta with filling 3–4 € and 5 doughnuts or buns 2–3 €.
We pay you – You never pay us!
No fixed costs – no risks. We pay your earnings to you every month, if you have sold something. We deduct a 25% sales commission from sales before VAT. Otherwise the service is completely free. Also you can use ResQ as much or as little as you like.
