Monthly payout and sales reports are sent by email to the recipients your company has informed in our system, by the 5th business day of the calendar month.
If you need reports for any specific month(s) again, you can download them from the Stats section in ResQ’s Partner Portal after logging in.
If you think that the report recipients may not be up to date or wish to make changes to them, you can do so in ResQ’s Partner Portal under ‘Account Settings‘ -> ‘Information for payments.’
Many company details can be updated directly in ResQ’s Partner Portal’s web version (on desktop). Feel free to browse around and make any necessary updates!
